Solution:
Agile Methodology was used to provide technology service to the client. Each sprint had a different team but a single data owner. The client was given two demos per week. An end-to-end application on salesforce.com was developed. Functional consultants reviewed as-is process and defined a to-be process ensuring data optimization. This minimized the effort of program directors from 4 hours every week to just 30 minutes. An intelligent mentor-sorting module was built which automatically suggested mentor-session allocation based on various preferences. Mentor specific invoices were also auto generated based on their expenses at the end of each quarter and their settlements were completely automized. This project was delivered in 22 days with 2 scrum teams and a sandbox owner

Sales Module - The process was defined from lead to order management.
Delivery Module - A system was developed for every delivery, which had an address, and the system automatically assigned the available driver.
Driver Module - When driver logs into the system, it displays the list of deliveries assigned to him/her. When the driver opens the deliveries map, a "re-order deliveries" button is available to re-order the route in the map based on the starting point.

The project was to build MailChimp integration for running Campaign mass emails, outlook integration to create a lead in Salesforce and also create reports & dashboards.

The client is an international company specializing in maintaining IT systems in an operational state. The client has been refurbishing, recycling, distributing and maintaining every generation of servers and storage arrays since 1983. The group is supported by a network of 13 subsidiaries allowing it to operate in over 80 countries.
Challenge:
The client wanted all the contacts of each employee outlook account to be integrated into Salesforce.com platform as a lead instead of contacts. They were using enterprise edition which had a limitation of sending only 500 Campaign mass emails per day. They wanted a report that tracked the details of the sent emails on whether it was delivered.
Solution:
Mold-Tek delivered the exact technology solution needed for the client to overcome the problems by successfully integrating their individual employee Outlook account contacts to Salesforce.com. The team successfully integrated Mail Chimp for sending out Campaign mass emails and captured the status in Salesforce.com. A report was generated which included all the activities the lead owner records (emails, calls, meeting requests, leads created, leads edited, leads converted etc). Daily emails to all the sales representatives were also scheduled.

The objective of the project is to develop a mobile application which should not affect the existing functionality but allow the staff to access and update information in the system. This is through a mobile device that can be used by the Loss Adjusters during onsite inspections.

The client is a leading provider of comprehensive nationwide loss adjusting services throughout Ireland. They are renowned for their vastly experienced and highly qualified team of loss adjusters who undertake property and liability loss adjusting services, in addition to full liability claim handling and claim settlement services.
Challenge:
The client implemented a Salesforce system to manage the processing of their insurance claims in 2010 allowing staff to process claims in one central system. However, the current system was not designed for the remote user to enter the data by staff while visiting the site of a client’s claim.
Solution:
Mold-Tek developed a mobile application which is available for internal users (Client users), without affecting the existing functionality. It allows staff to access and update information through a mobile device that can be used by the Loss Adjusters during their onsite inspections.
An application was developed which allows users to build a data capture form on Salesforce and to review and capture data while on site. The application could open all claims linked to different users that could be downloaded to iPad. Any claim line item that is associated with a claim is available to view and edit on the iPad app.
The following types of media will be available to the user to add to the claim record.
Photo: The users will be able to use the built in camera of device to take pictures while onsite.
Video: Capturing video evidence of the incident through the built in video camera of device.
Audio: User can capture audio notes through the apps built in microphone.
Sketches: Users can quickly draw sketches of the scene on the device through a drawing tool.
Signature: Users can capture the insurer’s signature with a drawing tool.
- To avoid storage of rich media files, client was suggested to use an external cloud storing solution.
- Developed application has each inspection form that can be linked to a particular type of claim.
- It also allows tasks, activities and emails to be available offline.
- It can create new tasks or send emails directly.
- It can save Inspection form and open it again at a later point.

Challenge:
The client was using salesforce standard UI and wanted to enrich the look & feel. They also wanted to create an intelligent system that notifies their customers and support team based on business rules. The current system was built on professional edition of Salesforce that did not allow triggers and code apex classes.
Solution:
After understanding the requirement, Mold-Tek suggested the client to go for Skuid to overcome the standard UI issue and build business logic with trigger type responses. These limitations in professional SF edition were overcome using Skuid.

Challenge:
The client wanted an end-to-end Cloud CRM solution with features like Account Management, Product Management, Policy Management, XML generation and XML processing System to process monthly payments from banks.
Solution:
Mold-Tek team delivered a cutting edge technology solution by developing a cloud based solution with Salesforce.com and integrated it with their bankers' internal systems. The team also provided XML integration to process the files to be sent to bank and receive from the bank for client payment.

The client required iPad Mini iOS application to be developed which allowed input of Call Reports, Customer Queries and Orders not requiring active internet connection, especially for on field sales reps. This app was to be developed in addition to the currently available Salesforce App, Salesforce Touch.
Solution:
Mold-Tek developed a mobile application which is available for internal users (Client users), to allow the input of Call Reports, Customer Queries and Orders for on field sales representatives.
The following are some of the features:
- To avoid storage of rich media files, client was suggested to use an external cloud storing solution.
- The app could fetch details from any Account (Direct or Indirect), create and save a call report offline.
- If the “Customer Query” checkbox is checked in the Call Report, then the system creates a case immediately after the Call report is saved thus saving the Case offline.
- If the “Order Taken” checkbox is checked in the Call Report then the system creates an order which allows the user to add products and save the order offline.
- If the Account is a direct account, it allows the creation of a “Direct” or “Indirect” order.
- If the Account is not a direct account, it only allows the creation of an “Indirect” order.
- It shows the full pricing, bonus and rebate information for an account while creating the order and order line items.
- It shows the full list of products available with current stock levels.
- When a user’s iPad is online, it allows the sync of created “Call Reports”, “Cases” and “Orders” back to Salesforce.
- It allows the sync of all Accounts, Products, Campaign and pricing information from Salesforce that is needed to create a “Call Report”, “Case” and “Order” offline.
- It allows users to view records created offline that have not been synced online.
- Online Sync happens automatically and in a timely manner so that Stock Level information offline is latest.

The project was to develop an application to automate the process of updating the status on projects which were developed by Mold-Tek and GBC.

To address the communication gap with respect to status updates & task approvals, we had to develop an application, where we could easily update the status and avoid the ambiguity in sharing the tasks. This was successfully accomplished by developing an application named as "Project Check".
